Why Bluetooth?

App control out of the box
Whether as the main control option or only as emergency control - operation and configuration via a free app is integrated into every ICARUS blue receiver.

Bidirectional communication
Commands and information are transmitted in both directions. For example, the status of the receiver's inputs and outputs can be visualized on the hand-held transmitter or in the app.

No mix-ups
During the one-off pairing process, the unique identification numbers of the receiver and transmitter are linked together. This prevents mix-ups and operating errors, as only paired devices can connect to each other.

Resistance to interference
Bluetooth works with an "adaptive frequency hopping method". This not only prevents interference with each other or with other devices, but also ensures a secure and stable connection - even in an environment with many Bluetooth devices.

Who is behind ICARUS blue?

We, the ICP Group, are the company behind ICARUS blue. Since our founding in 2003, we have specialized in the development and production of electronic control systems for use in commercial, recreational, and agricultural vehicles.
